I am a licensed psychologist with a background in Clinical Psychology and a focus on anxiety, emotional regulation, and trauma-informed work.

Initial Consultation

A free 15-minute call gives us space to outline what you’re dealing with, what you want to change, and what you’re hoping to get from therapy, so we can start with a clear plan and a collaborative approach.

Understanding Patterns

We assess the cognitive and emotional processes that perpetuate anxiety, stress, and self-criticism, while considering how past experiences contribute to current patterns of interpretation and response.

Structured Change

Through REBT, we work toward practical change, emotional regulation, and clearly defined therapeutic goals.
