I hold an MSc in Psychology from Erasmus University Rotterdam, with postgraduate training in both cognitive and clinical psychology. My academic focus included anxiety and emotional regulation, cognitive processes, and the role of memory in shaping emotional and behavioral patterns.
During my training and clinical experience, I worked with diverse adult populations and supported individuals experiencing anxiety, chronic stress, mood-related concerns, and trauma-related difficulties.
In addition to my academic background, I have completed professional training in Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) through the Albert Ellis Institute in New York. My work is grounded in evidence-based cognitive-behavioral principles and informed by contemporary research in clinical psychology.
I am fully licensed as a psychologist in Greece and committed to ongoing professional development and supervision.
In my clinical practice, I work with adults experiencing persistent anxiety, emotional overwhelm, chronic stress, and self-critical thinking patterns.
My approach is structured, collaborative, and goal-oriented, grounded in REBT-informed work. Together, we identify the beliefs, thinking patterns, and coping behaviors that keep distress going, and we build practical tools for emotional regulation and meaningful change.
Particular attention is given to how past experiences can shape present reactions, relationship patterns, and self-perception. Therapy focuses not only on symptom relief, but also on developing sustainable strategies that support your daily life and long-term goals.
Sessions take place in a calm, confidential setting, either in person in Athens or online, in English and Greek.

My mission is to help adults reduce emotional distress by identifying and transforming the beliefs and coping patterns that maintain anxiety, depression, and chronic stress.
Through structured, collaborative REBT-based therapy, we examine rigid expectations, harsh self-judgments, and unhelpful ways of coping that keep you stuck. Together, we build more flexible, supportive thinking, strengthen emotional resilience, and develop practical tools you can use in everyday life.
Therapy with me isn’t about perfection or forced positivity. It’s about clarity, self-responsibility, and learning to respond to life with balance, steadiness, and self-respect.
