What this site collects

This website doesn't use analytics, advertising trackers, or marketing cookies. When you use the contact form, I collect your name, email address, phone number, preferred language, preferred format and any message you choose to write. I use these only to respond to you and arrange a first call. Nothing else, and they're never shared with third parties.

Email

Correspondence is treated as confidential, in line with the professional obligations of a licensed psychologist. Please keep in mind that ordinary email is not a fully secure medium. Share only what you're comfortable sharing before we establish a secure channel.

Therapy & confidentiality

Everything discussed in sessions is confidential within the legal and ethical limits that apply to all licensed psychologists in Greece. These limits are explained clearly and completely in your first session.
