Services
Individual therapy for adults, in Athens or online.
Sessions in English or Greek, built around a steady weekly rhythm. Here is everything practical you might want to know before reaching out.
Every collaboration starts with a free intro call.
No preparation and no paperwork. You briefly tell me what is going on, I explain how I work, and we decide together whether it makes sense to continue.

In person
A quiet room in Athens.
In-person sessions take place in a calm practice room in Lycabettus, with space to speak openly and focus on the work.
This format may suit you if you prefer meeting face to face, away from screens, notifications, or interruptions.
The exact address is shared when you book. The location is discreet and easy to reach.
Online
Online sessions by secure video call.
Online sessions follow the same structure and length as in-person sessions. They may suit you if you live outside Athens or Greece, travel often, or feel more comfortable speaking from your own space.
All you need is a quiet room, headphones, and a stable internet connection. Many clients work with me entirely online, including Greek speakers abroad and English-speaking clients in different locations.
Is this a fit?
Who I work with, and when I may refer you on.
Likely a good fit if…
- You're an adult (18+) dealing with anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, self-criticism, low mood, or a life transition that feels heavier than expected.
- You're comfortable working in English or Greek, or a mix of both.
- You're willing to try small things between sessions. That is where much of the change happens.
Not the right place for…
- Children and adolescents. My training and practice are with adults only.
- Couples therapy. I can point you toward colleagues who specialise in it.
- Acute psychiatric crisis or immediate risk. Therapy can absolutely follow, but it is not the right first step. Please contact 112 (EU emergency) or 1018 (Greek lifeline, 24/7) first.

Practical questions
Asked before almost every first call.
How long will therapy take?
It depends on what we are working on. REBT is structured and goal-oriented rather than open-ended. We review progress together at regular points, and stopping is always something we can discuss openly.
Can I switch between online and in person?
Yes. The structure is the same, so switching is simple. Many clients do both depending on the week.
Is what I share confidential?
Yes. Everything you share is confidential within the standard legal and ethical limits for psychologists in Greece, which I explain clearly before we start.
Can I get an invoice for insurance?
Yes. I can provide an invoice, which some insurance plans may accept for reimbursement. I do not work directly with insurance providers.
Start with the intro call.
Fifteen minutes, free, nothing to prepare. If it isn't the right moment or the right fit, that's a useful answer too.
